Building Internet Presence (“BIP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Studio 4 Design, LLC, respects the privacy of clients, website visitors, and users of our digital services.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, protect, and delete information associated with our websites, applications, AI-powered tools, and authorized third-party integrations.
Depending on the services requested, we may collect:
Contact information, including names, business names, email addresses, and telephone numbers.
Website inquiries, service requests, and communications.

Client-provided photographs, videos, documents, and marketing materials.
Information obtained through third-party services with the user’s authorization.

Google account access requires authorization from the applicable account holder.
We request only the OAuth permissions necessary for the services being provided.
Depending on the permissions granted, our applications may access account identifiers, channel information, video metadata, website performance data, analytics information, or authorized files.
Access to one Google service does not automatically authorize access to other Google services.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure
BIP’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not use Google user data for unauthorized advertising or unrelated marketing.
We do not permit humans to read Google user data except with the user’s affirmative consent, when necessary for security or legal compliance, or as otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
BIP may use AI-assisted technology, including SAMIES systems, to support content creation, digital asset organization, website management, reporting, and authorized workflows.
AI systems may process information necessary to perform requested services.
We do not intentionally grant autonomous systems unrestricted access to client accounts. Sensitive operations may require explicit authorization.
We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, analytics, authentication, communication, and authorized business operations.
We do not sell personal information.
