Acknowledgment of Terms

By signing below, Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The following terms apply to all services provided by Building Internet Presence. To include hosting of domains, hosting emails, web development, website creation, GMP “Google My Profile” development, 2.0 blog sites, social networks, and all the online marketing strategies, and all builds for Internet placement.
  • All SEO builds are designed to generate leads by optimizing every effort for those searching specific key phrases. In doing so, this will also bring in negative calls or spam by unwanted sales efforts. In most cases these are robocalls and Ai marketing techniques that are automated. With AI now more prevalent and widely used, we see it competing against our efforts in this unwanted spam way. AI is relatively new and we see the need to adapt to new costly strategies that will protect our clients from unwanted communications. We have now created a solution to stop most automated efforts to reach clients’ main phone numbers or clutter important email addresses. We now require all clients to utilize these structures so that we may build better, more targeted leads.
  • All services are performed using proprietary knowledge and methods of Building Internet Presence.
  • No guarantees are made regarding search engine rankings, visibility, unexpected AI attacks, or results due to factors outside our control (e.g., Google algorithm changes) unexpected hacks, AI attacks or any new unexpected, currently unknown attacks.
  • All fees are non-refundable. Payment is for time, expertise, and proprietary structures, not specific outcomes.
  • Client will provide accurate business information and comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
  • All services, methods, proprietary knowledge, expertise, and proprietary structures are the intellectual property of Building Internet Presence and Studio 4 Design, LLC.
  • In simple terms, for better understanding towards Internet placement services: “No guarantees, because we don’t know what Google will do tomorrow. Knowing that what we do is working today, and that we will continue to optimize if things change. No refunds!!! Time will have been spent on a highly professional set of online structures that incorporate proprietary knowledge acquired from two decades of experience and thousands of dollars in software development and 3rd party payment outlay. I get paid for whatever the current Google terms are. Whenever they change their rules or algorithm, I will have to be paid for the new Google terms of the future to continue allowing your site to stay relevant and positioned.”
  • Additional terms and conditions may apply.
  • All disputes are settled by binding arbitration and NDA’s.
